There is a child alive right now that might live to be 1,000 years old.

Not only that, but Google’s main engineer has predicted that within the next 30 years, anti-aging technology could allow humans to live to 200, 500, or even 1,000 years.

Of course, that is far from certain and we are far from being able to live for a millennium.

So other than exercise and healthy eating, is there anything we can do today to give ourselves as many extra healthy years as possible?

It turns out there is — and it is very, very effective.

We are learning more and more about a certain anti-aging cellular process called autophagy. And longevity is not the only healthy outcome associated with autophagy.

In 2016, the Nobel Prize in Medicine was given to Japanese scientist Yoshinori Ohsumi for his discovery of autophagy in the 1990s.

Ohsumi discovered that autophagy is our body’s recycling system that takes place inside of our cells.

When autophagy is triggered, it keeps our cells “clean” and youthful. Autophagy has a range of healthy benefits, including:

However, as we age, autophagy plummets and we no longer get the protection it offers.

But there is a simple way to induce autophagy no matter how old you are.

Click here to learn how autophagy and longevity work and how you can activate it almost immediately.

How to Start Autophagy

According to the scientific community, you can start autophagy by restricting calories, i.e. fasting.

The research says that you need to fast for 12 to 16 hours in order to begin autophagy.

When your cells get depleted of nutrients, the first thing they do is start to reuse and recycle the waste materials and broken parts they have on hand inside them.

When autophagy starts, your cells create these “digesters”, almost like little stomachs, called lysosomes.

The lysosomes then sweep through your cells eating up all the waste and broken parts.

The lysosomes recycle them into amino acids and proteins that can be used for energy and cell repair.

An Easier Way to Start Autophagy

But there could be another way to induce autophagy.

There is a very special group of nutrients called caloric restriction mimetics.

Like their name suggests, caloric restriction mimetics (CRMs) are able to “copy” the conditions that happen in your cells when you fast.

They can “trick” your body to start autophagy by imitating what happens to your cells during a fast.

Meet the Autophagy Stack

The Autophagy Stack is the very first supplement designed to boost autophagy and  longevity, while also potentially reducing the amount of fasting required to initiate it.

The Autophagy Stack includes six potent and healthy caloric restriction mimetics that are each back by peer-reviewed, scientific research for their ability to stimulate autophagy.

All of the nutrients in the Autophagy Stack are designed to work together inside your cells along different pathways, thus amplifying and improving their effectiveness.

Mistä rypyt johtuvat? | Katja Kokko · October 5, 2020 at 9:09 am

Autofagia on tehokas tapa aktivoida solujen aineenvaihduntaa. Käytännössä autofagia käynnistyy paaston myötä. Aihetta tutkinut japanilainen solubiologi Yoshinori Ohsumi palkittiin tutkimuksistaan Nobelin palkinnolla vuonna 2016. […]
