Shipping Policy

Our software will show customers shipping options (which may include a choice of companies and delivery time frames) based on order weight and delivery destination. All orders will offer tracking numbers.

We will attempt to ship on the same business day to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

For new customers, the shipping address and the billing address must be the same. In order to offer the best value for our customers, we need to minimize the amount of fraudulent orders, and disallowing mismatched shipping and billing addresses for new customers is an important way to achieve that.

When you successfully complete your online order, our system automatically emails you an order confirmation. Upon shipment you will be emailed another notification. If you do not receive these emails:

  1. please check your "spam" folder, and if our email was flagged as spam, please mark the domain as safe,
  2. Log into your Accord Nutrition account and check the accuracy of the email address that you provided.

We currently only ship within the United States, but hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

It is your responsibility to know what products are allowed to be shipped to your locality. If your order is confiscated by your local authorities, we are not responsible and do not provide refunds. If you refuse delivery for any reason, a refund will only be issued if and when the unopened product will be returned to us.
